Brick and Mortar

This refers to the requirement of the state licensing authority as to whether or not a physical office is required to originate mortgage loans in that state. All Southwest Funding mortgage retail branch offices operate in brick and mortar locations. While the office may not literally be made of brick and mortar, it includes all commercial locations whether store front or office type space.
