Southwest Funding opens new office in Louisiana

Southwest Funding, LP is pleased to name Liz Breaux (formerly of Oakridge Residential Lenders, LLC) as Branch Manager of its newest office.

Liz has more than 13 years in the mortgage industry and is looking forward to her continued service to the people of Lafayette, Louisiana and the surrounding areas.

The branch office is located at 527 West Gloria Switch Road, Lafayette, LA 70507 and is open Monday thru Friday from 9:00 AM -5:00 PM and evenings and weekends by appointment.

Southwest Funding, based in Dallas, TX since 1993, is a full service mortgage banker offering all types of loans including FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional and Reverse mortgages. The company is opening new offices and hiring experienced mortgage professionals throughout the southwest.

Liz Breaux is a life long resident of Carencro, Louisiana and likes being involved in her community. In 2009 Liz was honored by USDA for utilizing over $2 Million in the Guaranteed Rural Housing program. Her office is a member of the Carencro Business Association (CBA), Business Network International (BNI), and Rotary Sunrise of Opelousas. Liz is personally involved in the Louisiana Court Appointed Special Advocates for children (CASA) and was the 2007 recipient of the Carencro Business Associations outstanding member.
