What if I change my mind and decide this arrangement is not for me?

Both parties, Southwest Funding or the branch manger, can terminate the arrangement at anytime with no hassle. Very rarely does someone decide to leave Southwest Funding, usually only in the case where someone decides to make a career change. If the relationship is not working for you, it's not working for us. We will help you transition in closing down your branch office and pay you any remaining revenue on loans in your pipeline.
