We will get approved with any lender you want to do business with at NO expense to the branch office. From the big banks to small independent wholesale lenders, chances are we are already approved with the companies you want to do business with. In addition, we offer our own in house lending department that is reserved exclusively for Southwest Funding retail mortgage branch offices only.
