How many states can I originate Mortgage loans in?

You can originate mortgage loans in any state Southwest Funding is licensed or authorized AFTER obtaining the necessary branch and originator licensing. Southwest Funding is required to comply with the SAFE Act which requires all originators to be registered with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
