How long has Southwest Funding been in business?

Southwest Funding has been based in the Dallas, Texas since 1993. Originally started as North Texas Residential Mortgage, the name was later amended to Texas Residential Mortgage, with continued growth and national presence; the company changed its name to Southwest Funding in February, 2004, while continuing to operate under the same EIN and HUD number the entire time. The company first started opening retail mortgage branch offices in the late 1990's making it one of the first and original mortgage branch companies. No one beats our experience.
