There is no need to submit the loan to the corporate office if you decide to broker the loan. This arrangement requires our in house lending department to offer the very best service, programs and pricing as we have to compete with every wholesale lender in the marketplace. Any mortgage net branch type company that requires you to submit loans to their in house lending department gives you no flexibility when their turn times slow down, pricing worsens, and common sense underwriting goes away.
