I became a branch in 1999. I was part of a net branch that shut their doors. I had several loans, including FHA, in underwriting when this happened and time was of the essence. I called some of my key account reps for recommendations of on other opportunities they would recommend. I received good recommendations about "Southwest Funding" as well as three others. Two of the others, as well as Southwest Funding, I was reasonably impressed with.
