expansive approved wholesale lender list and complete in house
banking division loan programs, you will never lose a deal to another lender because of a product or
program. There is no "first right of refusal" on any loan, you choose the lender
each and every time. We offer FHA, VA, USDA, HECM, FNMA, FHMLC and portfolio products
that many smaller brokers do not have the capability to do.

Yield Spread
Premium: Not having
to disclose yield spread premiums is a major advantage of Southwest Funding
versus strictly brokering. With our mortgage banking
division, the YSP is not required to be disclosed on the
HUD-1 as we are the lender and fund the loan with our
own money. But, unlike most mortgage bankers, Southwest Funding
still allows you to broker as many loans as you would like to our vast approved
wholesale lender list, even on FHA loans! We give you
the flexibility other companies do not offer.
