We have multiple lenders set up on a mini correspondent platform giving you flexibility to work with who you want. In addition to mini correspondent, our full correspondent division will underwrite, close, and fund your loan; all from our corporate office. We have multiple DE underwriters on staff to quickly underwrite your loan files. Our vast mortgage resources allow our in house banking division to offer you competitive pricing through our online pricing and lock engine, as well as your favorite loan programs from FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA and USDA.
