Branch Manager Minimum Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for approval as a Branch Office, an
applicant must meet the following minimum eligibility requirements as well as
additional eligibility requirements that are listed in the application package.
Each application will be reviewed on an individual basis.
Credit

Minimum middle FICO score 580

Average daily personal bank account balance of at
least $2500 last 60 days

No judgments (other than medical)
-
No outstanding tax liens unless in repayment with 12
months good history (state or federal)
-
No federal student loans in default
Experience
-
Currently a "Full Time" Mortgage Originator
-
Personal production of at least 50 funded loans in
last 3 years
Character
-
Mortgage license (Lender/Broker/Originator) has never
been revoked
-
No felony convictions
-
Strong industry references
Other
-
Commercial office space (at time of application or
within 30 days of approval)
-
No ownership or involvement with other "real estate"
related companies
-
Minimum 5 loan closings per month
